I must become less self concious about speaking...

It’s like everytime Marco’s mom comes to speak with me I forget everything I ever learned and am reduced to grunts and gestures. I understand most everything she says, I just forget how to reply. Also, she is trying to learn a little bit of English so she can speak to me :< I’ll feel like such a little shit if I don’t get better at speaking to her!
