Today is one of those days where I just have to...
Even if I want to crawl into bed and shut out the world, that’s not an option. These unnamed and baseless emotions that paralyze me are not my masters; they are a part of me and I must learn to live through them. Going to wreck my body in the gym tonight, and I hope that works its magic. Here’s to tomorrow being a new day, and even if I feel shitty again at least it’s one day...
